TAMPA, Fla. -- Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice had all eyes at the Republican National Convention locked on her Wednesday night when she delivered a rousing speech here.

Rice's remarks were often punctuated by sustained applause and they closed with a large standing ovation.
