There is a "very good likelihood" Rick Santorum is dropping out, according to an aide to the campaign. Chris Godbey, who ran Santorum's Mississippi campaign, said that the campaign had scheduled a call with supporters and that he was expecting confirmation of Santorum's intentions soon.
