Paul Ryan's arrival in Tampa has been pushed from Monday afternoon to Tuesday due to Tropical Storm Isaac, Politico reports. Ryan is going ahead with a Monday send-off event at his high school, Joseph A. Craig High School in Janesville, Wis., on Monday morning.
