At a campaign stop in Colorado Tudesday, Mitt Romney's stump speech was briefly brought to a halt by a failing wireless microphone. Romney brushed off the failure by turning the microphone into a metaphor for President Obama's policies.

"I think the Obama administration worked on it," Romney joked. "These batteries were made by Washington, D.C., bureaucrats, I can tell."
