Mitt Romney addressed attendees at a storm relief event in Kettering, Ohio, saying that they can't solve every problem but that they were making a difference with their donations. Romney did not mention the election or President Obama.

After Romney spoke, Randy Owen performed as Romney shook hands and helped with food collection.
