U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts joked Friday at a judicial conference in Pennsylvania that he will be spending some time in "an impregnable fortress" now that its session has ended — the same session in which he cast the deciding vote to uphold President Obama's health care law.

Roberts declined to answer a specific question about the health care ruling, according to the Associated Press. But in response to one about what he would be doing this summer, he did say his planned trip to teach a class in Malta was a "good idea."
