Reps. Elijah Cummings and Henry Waxman have sent a letter to Wal-Mart CEO Michael Duke. The lawmakers informed Duke that they are launching an investigation into Wal-Mart, in the wake of a New York Times article this weekend revealing allegations that the company bribed officials in Mexico. 

"...we are initiating an investigation into these matters and request a meeting with company officials who can respond to these allegations no later than April 27, 2012," the letter states.
