Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL) said Wednesday that Rep. Darrell Issa would be guilty of "prosecutorial misconduct" for his handling of the Fast and Furious investigation if he were a lawyer. His comment came at a press conference Democrats held to defend Attorney General Eric Holder one day ahead of a scheduled contempt vote.
