Freshly minted Mitt Romney running mate Paul Ryan told a crowd in Norfolk, Va., Saturday that President Obama accomplished what he planned to in the first two years of presidency.

"He passed nearly every item on his agenda," Ryan said. "But that didn’t make things better."
