President Obama mocked his own debate performance during remarks at a fundraising event in Los Angeles on Sunday, according to a transcript released by the White House.

After a show that preceded Obama's remarks at the Nokia Theater, the president said: "They're such great friends, and they just perform flawlessly night after night. I can't always say the same."
