The Obama campaign has created a web video based on a Washington Post report that Bain Capital invested in companies that facilitated outsourcing jobs to cheaper labor markets overseas. The video splices quotes from the article with Mitt Romney saying "I know why jobs come and why they go." The video ends with text that reads: "America doesn't need an outsourcing pioneer in the oval office." 

The Romney campaign denies the accuracy of that report.
