Don Imus -- no stranger to radio controversy -- called Rush Limbaugh's apology to Sandra Fluke "lame" and said Limbaugh should be required by his sponsors and broadcasters to apologize to Fluke face-to-face.

"He's an insincere pig," Imus said.
