Washington, D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Department has completed their investigation of "Meet the Press" host David Gregory's apparent display of a high-capacity gun magazine on-air, the Washington Post reported Wednesday, and the District's attorney general's office will now decide whether to prosecute the case. 

In Washington, as the Post reported, possessing a gun magazine capable of holding 10 or more rounds is a misdemeanor.
